What do I need to connect my throttle cable (79') to my #3310 Holley four barrel?

I used the Lokar setup. I replaced the whole throttle cable and bracket with their setup. You can get it at a local speed shop as well as Summit or Jegs. Many people on the forum have used the Lokar setup with success.
