Default Lights ground wire?

There is a ground wire that I can't find a place for. I believe it is for the lights, and the schematic says it should be on the left front fender support. Right now it is at the front left corner in front of the rad support. Where is this supposed to go?

As long as it is bolted into metal that is somehow attached to the frame, you are good to go.

On my 76 it is under the head of the front bolt which attaches the driver's side hood hinge to the frame.
