Timing Light Hook up
Where is a good spot to pick up 12 Volts for the Timing light . Jumper cables from the Battery . Hot Post on Back of Alternator .????

:iagree: I put a short lead with a female plug socket on that hot post, and the matching male plug on my timing light. There's a dummy rubber plug that keeps dirt out when I don't need to use the socket. :seeya
