Ok what gives here, Most dudes that are asked abought their ride they always say It's mine and the wifes. I am sick of this statement " No its your ride Moron not your wifes or girl friends. What gives here are all men/boys becomming a bunch of fingers.

So I take it there are no women actively involved in the Corvette hobby where you live? :rolleyes: I know a lot of couple where both husband and wife are really active in the Corvette hobby, including working on and upkeeping the Corvette. I didn't care for the "my wife and I own a Corvette" thing either, so we bought another one so that she has her own. :lol: That was more because we have 2 kids and needed 4 seats so we can go out whenever we want. Don't have to rely on a babysitter deciding whether or not we go out cruising then. :thumbs:

MY Vette is MINE even though my GF (now wife) bought it for me as payment for "services rendered" ;) Personally I couldn't care if it was called mine & the missus' Vette, it's her that keeps pointing out to people that it's mine. And she LOVES the Vette. In fact, she wants one of her own, a '63. So I told her "Sure, if we find a decent cheap '63 we'll grab it". A decent, cheap '63? Yeah, right! :lol: :lolg:

So what's the problem if a husband and wife happen to share the same hobby?? I don't see how it's anyone's business but their own. Personally, I would be thrilled if my wife had any interest in "our" vette, but she doesn't. Good for Mike and Julie!
