As promised...new pics of '69 BB roadster
Here's one with the new L88 hood installed, and another of the engine compartment since the new stuff was installed. You can visit my website for a few more and tech info on the car, if interested.

Nice wheels, love them!
Did you have to modify anything on the suspension / brakes to fit them or where they just bolt ons?

Re: As promised...new pics of '69 BB roadster (Daniels)
Thanks for all the compliments, guys!
They clear the brakes with ease. In the rear I have offset TA's. _Might_ have been able to get away with just relocating the e-brake cable/bracket assembly, but the rest of the suspension is relatively new so adding the offset TA's seemed like a good move.
Fronts are 17x8 w/ 4" BS... 245/45-17 tires
Rears are 17x9.5 w/ 4.75" BS... 285/40-17 tires
You could easily do 17x8s all the way around with no fitment issues whatsoever.

:cry :cry Wanna trade? Your car is absolutely beautiful. I'm starting to get very envious of all these L-88 hoods. If it weren't for money, I'd order one today.

Damn... that looks almost identical to the design I was going for for my '69 vert... Well, at least I can have an idea of what mine might look like if I proceed down this track. Maybe I'll change the paint.. no since in being twins! :jester
Awsome Vette
btw.... where did you find the L88 short hood? Is it tall enough to fit an RPM manifold on a BBC?
