some of the netvetters went to the CAC, others to the buleltin board on rowleycorvette.com however, the rowley one is down already because of too much bandwidth use.

I noticed that NetVettes went kaput last week too! So did the website specifically for the 1982 CE. Just wasn't generating that much of an interest or traffic. Oh well, the Corvette Forum keeps me busy and informed.
