Rear Anti-Sway bar
I'm mounting a rear bar on my 73 and was wondering where to locate the brackets on the Trailing arm. The mounting instructions are not very clear. Do they just get centered or are they offset to the inside. Any help?

On your t-arm there will be a hole that goes through both the top and bottom(by the spring bolts). Center your plate on that hole and drill 2 holes on each side of it. (front and rear of hole) It's a lot easier if they are off the car. Go to my web site, http://www.vansteel.com and go to the pull down menu. from there click on sway bar and there is a pretty good drawing there of what i'm telling you. I think it will be helpful

Beware of installing large rear bars on C3s. Improperly matched front and rear bar sizes will result in severe oversteer = spin.
I like 1 1/8" front and 5/8" rear.

The front and rear must work together. If you make a change at the rear, then you must balance the change at the front. Usually if you add a rear sway bar then you need a beefier sway bar on the front. The front and rear are a system. They must complement each other or you will find yourself in a ditch (or worse :( )

Yea, I figured I'd need a larger front bar. I have this habit of taking corners a tad faster than I probably should. A matched front and rear bar should definately help.
Thanks
