Foam pieces around radiator-79 vette
Can somebody please tell me exactly how the foam pieces should be situated?? My car runs up to 220 and I'm trying to figure out why. I just installed a new radiator(stock 3 core), new hoses, and a 160 thermo. I don't remember how the foam pieces sat.....

I believe Dr. Rebuilds catalog ( which is online ) has decent diagrams of all radiator seal configurations.
