Bilsteins
I'm really considering getting a set of Bilsteins for my car. I've read the posts of everyone saying how great they are. And they sound like a good idea, especially with how bad this car bounces. But where's the cheapest place to get them? Most places I've seen have the total set around $300. Eckler's has the set for $250. But I was curious if any place had them for cheaper. I don't believe Summit has them. (Though I wish they did) Also, there seems to be 2 options, Heavy Duty, and Sport. Could someone tell me the differences in the two? Thanks as always.

Check out http://www.vbandp.com. I think that's Vette Brakes web site anyway. Mine came with my suspension kit from Vette Brakes so i don't know what they get for a set.

$250 is pretty much the normal selling price no matter what vendor you go to. Since your a forum member and you missed our last group purchase, I'll sell them to you for $240. plus shipping. You will want to go with the Sport. They are a better riding shock. Give me a call.

Re: Bilsteins (MotorHead)
I just put a set of Bilstiens on my Expedition two weeks ago.
They're great...even on a truck.Much less lean on turn,quick response on dips.
Great shocks.
I'm sorry I didn't go for the extra $$ on my '69 two years ago.I went with Delco. They're ok but far from Bilstiens.
