I finished all the repair work today. Took it for a spin. No probs with the headlight switch and no fires(thankfully). Also got my emblems in and they look sharp. I went with the 97-03 rear lettering. Got the idea from Joey(LAvetteman). Very big thanks also to joey for the wiring to repair my headlight switch. :cheers: :seeya

Oh yeah.

I installed a battery cut-off and a fire extenguisher. I think everyone should have these items. You can hope it wont happen, but when it does, be prepared. I wasn't, I just got real lucky.

Sorry, no pics of the emlbems yet. My digital cam works only when it feels like working. I'll try and get some shots early this week.

Corey: I am pretty sure we're still on for hooters aug1st. Are you driving the BB yet?

Josh, no not just yet. :( If all goes well I'll be breaking in the cam this week. After that all I need to do is to re-install the interior and work the bugs out. She should be road worthy by the end of August. :D
