78 Vette Mudbogger on Monster Garage tonight/now
on the east coast its on right now, all I have to say is UUGGHHHHHH
They totally trashed this car front, rear suspension CUT OUT
Interior beat with a hammer
Easily $2000 worth of vette parts on the ground of the MONSTER GARAGE
Well at least they're building a 500hp motor for it?

At least it went out with a bang and not like a lot of other vettes that died thru thru having a Bubba as an uncaring owner who didnt look after

I managed to catch the show about in the middle, They did a great job on the car if that's what you like. It was rather conveinent the other trucks left a nice clear path for the slingray to move to the front at the start of the race. Couldn't be staged now could it? The one thing that puzzles me is they were calling the car a 78, but what's with the rear chrome bumpers? Did he put a pre 73 rear clip on it?

Actually they were calling it a 78 but is is really a 73. Nothing against 78's but that is what they should have used. Tearing up a 1 year only body style :nonod: 1978 did not have a BB in it on a 350.

The other trucks not only gave the slingray a clear path, but if you watch when they start, the Vette is already moving like 40mph when it crosses the starting line. All of the final competitions in these shows are setup for the 'creation' to win.I think they did a top notch job... especially for just 5 days. :smash:

Yeah, I saw it last night. As I was watching them strip the car, a 73 LS4, I was thinking that I wish I lived in Long Beach Ca. so I could get ahold of some of the parts they were throwing in the pile. Otherwise it was a good show and for the rest of us 73 LS4 owners, there is now one less in the world!
