Starter wiring configuration help!
My assembly manual didn't xerox the wiring info for the starter solenoid too well. I need to know where the purple, yellow and red wire go on the solenoid. I am pretty sure the red wire goes along with the positive wire from the battery on the top post of the solenoid. Then there are the other two posts flanking the top post on the left and right (if looking at it from the front of the solenoid). So which goes where? Any and all replies, thanks in advance.

The heavy red goes to the batt terminal, and so does another color wire, ZBUT NOT that black ~10 ga wire...that's a ground for the heater and wiper motors....and as such goes on the block somewhere....
the purple goes to the small terminal closest to the block....
the yellow most likely is an ignition 121 volt feed to a breaker points ignition...and as such goes to the small terminal away from the engine block....
