 somebody know?

 I think I only drained about 12 oz or less before the drip started to stop. The drain has a magnet on it which was sludge covered (about 0.40 thick) and some bits of metal (biggest one about .08 X 0.04 X .01, the rest just grit) within the sludge, not much metal found. Wonder how long ago this stuff was changed. Anyway, should I go with this Mobil 1 (75w90) Synthetic Gear Lube?

Brad, I put the same stuff in mine. I think it made the transmission shift a little smoother. So far I am pleased with the result. Maybe, Saturday we can go for a little ride in mine after the dyno runs.

Thanks, if been surfing on the computer with this Mobil one stuff sitting beside the computer waiting for a reply. My trans didn't have much fluid in it and is empty now that I've drained it. I guess if I drove it with that level very much longer, I would be going TKO quicker?

Saturday sounds good.

To put the fluid in, you put it back in the top plug until you can feel it with your finger. Its kind of hard to do without a pump though.

Thanks Eddie. I used my suction pump in reverse, it took about a 1.5 quarts.

:seeya at the dyno.
