Re: aftermarket radios? (olelucky)
i got mine done at a car audio shop/store.
but you can buy the stuff yourself if you choose to.
If you decide to cut the bezel try and find one that has already been screwed with and keep or sell the one you have. they are expensive$$$$

You can buy them. I bought mine at youdoitelectronics in Needham, MA. It was around $10 but they had to order it.
I'll see if I can get you their phone number. They may also have a web site. :)

You can buy the bezels on e-bay all day long. Just cut it to fit and mount with a backing plate and trim piece.....I went with an Alpine unit and it sounds really sweet....I still have my working Am/Fm and original Bezel if I decide to go back stock
Thanks again JimBro

Got mine at Rolling Sounds for $15.
My face plate drops down and the CD is in there. :)

DON'T cut your bezel if it's not cracked or broken already! The replacements are not as good as the originals, and there are lots of already modified (cut) bezels out there. Gary Grulala has 'em, last time I checked...

Re: aftermarket radios? (olelucky)
I am also looking for a new/uncut bezel that I can use since I want to replace my stock stereo that is still in the '82 I just bought. And I didn't want to cut the only 1 that I had w/ no way out...
I want to put in all 4 new speakers as well. Find that bezel source and post the info, please.
