[MINT!] My Neighbor's 8000 mile '82
Saw him out for the first time in this thing today. He just waxed it and was running it up & down the street a couple times. Damn near flawless car. Found a poorly repaired pencil-eraser sized chip in the driver's door and that's pretty much it!
If anyone knows anything about this body kit, let me know. No sign of where it came from. The engine has a few chromed & braided goodies and the dipstick says "Performance Engineering". He's got some box that says something about them in Kentucky or Tennessee or something.
btw...he may be selling this thing in the not too distant future. If only I had the $$$ to spend.

The ground effects and rear spoiler are the LT parts you can get from Eckler's or other places, I have the front spoiler and side skirts of those. Nice stuff.

Looks like a nice car.
My 2003 convertible also has 8,000 miles on the clock. I purchased it new, four months ago.
I can't afford a garage art car, besides, Vettes are fun to drive.

Hey Dave.....Buy it.
The ground effects are ok, But it really needs a stock hood. And with that mileage, you can't go wrong..
To bad I don't have any milk money left for playtoys... :cry
Unless he wants to donate it to the Desertdawg needs another vette org...

I like the color combo on it. Tell him to get out and drive that thing. It is 20 years old and needs some time to stretch it legs.

He's retired and bought it a few years ago from a dealer down in Florida. Some guy traded it in on an Olds Silhouette. It was too good of a deal for him to pass up, but the car just sits most of the time because he wants to keep it in the shape it's in.
