Muncie Fluid Change?
How do you drain it? What kind of fluid should be used to refill? How much does it take to fill it? How do you check the level? How often should it be changed? :D

There is a drain plug on the side of the case. Fluid changes depends on miles and what type of miles(racing for instance). I just replaced mine with synthetic. :cheers:

Replace with Synthetic ENGINE oil...mobil one is fine....that' what I did, and it shifted slick as a baby's butt.....like a newer internal rail type tranny.... I say it's not the location of the shifter, internal rails or external levers...i'ts all in the lubrication....

I know these are Rookie questions, but how much should I buy? Don't want to make two trips to the store after work. Synthetic ENGINE oil...mobil one is fine, is synthetic oil graded?

I bought three quarts, Mobil 1 Synthetic (75-90) for a little over $25. Don't know how much I'll use, hopefully some will be left over :skep:
