hi,
when i'm driving normally it's fine,
it's when i'm driving pretty hard, it squeels when it changes gear,
is this very bad?????

Kind of sounds like belts? Maybe ya just need to tighten or if they are over tight, loosen them slightly. Maybe even some belt dressing?
Mine squeeled when I was above 4700rpm. Previous owner put belts on WAY to tight. Should only have about a 1/2 to 3/4 inch of play on the belts.

I'd go with David in the first instance. Can you induce the noise when the car is stationary by revving? That would be the decider I guess? The belts are notorious for various sqeals!
I had a trans problem that manifested itself by screeching if I pulled away sharply. Sounded like the exhaust dragging on the ground. Turned out to be worn clutches, and need the trans re-built. But it didn't do it on gear changes that I'm aware of.
Think cheapest option first!
