Here are the details about C3 Owner parking at Corvettes at Carlisle 2003:
The event runs from Friday August 22 - Sunday August 24, 2003.

You MUST pre-register by August 15, 2003!

Registration is $55 which includes the following:
* Parking in a special area designated for C3s
* You'll be parked on the Fun Display Showfield
* Eligibility for the "Celebrity Picks" awards.
* Admission to the event for all three days for TWO people!
* A special Fun Display Showfield goody bag
* You'll receive a pre-registration package in the mail before the event that includes gate info and directions

Please keep in mind that you'd pay about $30 for off-site parking plus admission for two people for 1 day. So parking with us gets you the above extras (and better parking) for only $25 more. If you spend 2 or more days there, you'll actually be saving money!

You can register one of three ways:
1. Online: Corvettes at Carlisle Showfield Registration. Make sure to enter "C3 Vette Registry" in the "Club" box!! (on the last page of the registration)

2. By Phone: 717-243-7855 - Make sure to mention you are with "C3 Vette Registry"!!

3. By Mail: Make Check or Money Order payable to: Carlisle Productions. Mail to: 1000 Bryn Mawr Road, Carlisle, PA 17013-1588. Make sure to mention you are with "C3 Vette Registry" !!

You do NOT have to be a C3 Vette Registry member, just be bringing your C3 to the event!!

REMEMBER: You MUST pre-register by August 15, 2003!

Please also reply to this thread if you pre-register, so we can keep a headcount here, too!

I went to http://carsatcarlisle.bizhosting.com...showfield.html to fill out the form, but didn't see "club" listed anywhere on the form. I know they need that to figure out how much space you need. Am I screwed?

You're right, http://carsatcarlisle.bizhosting.com..._carlisle.html is the new link, and you are also right that there is no place to put the Club Affiliation.

I just put a call in to one of the Carlisle staff and alerted them to the problem. She said she would alert the person responsible for the site and then call me back after it is fixed. I will post a message here as soon as I hear back.

By the way... in the meantime, you can always use option number 2, and call in your registration:

Also, the new registration site said prices go up after 8/1. So I guess you CAN register after 8/1, but it will be more costly.

Ok, I heard back from them.
They said that the Club Affiliation box is on the page AFTER the page where you enter your Payment & Personal Info.

So go ahead and sign up.
