TPI people... what did you use for a throttle cable.
I'm getting there and hope to have the car running this week, but I need a couple of things.
What did you use for a throttle cable?
I should be good to go with a few more things done. :)

NONE of the above is adequate, ....when I first installed the TPI setup some 7 years ago up north...I modded with nicropress from a boating supply store...Boat US or some such place....
BUT about 1.5 years ago down here, I went looking with a LONG list, for the entire package I wanted to execute at the time....well, that cable was on the list...SO....as I recall, and damnit I did not keep a record....but it's my MEMORY of the perfect cable coming from a Cavalier.....
you gotta look around....I do remember one thing though..for some weird reason it had TWO INTERIOR press fittings on the inside end, and I forget just why....BUT it's the one with abut 4-6 inches between the two fitting on the long slip wire....that much I remember clearly....I used the short one...
and filed the round hole with the clamp into a square fitting to hold the modern plastic square clip thingy....SO esentially I used a STOCK GM cable...hey the price was right too!!!!

Gene, What do you mean. Mine works perfect, flawless, excellent, without any problems at all. I was going for flash, so the GM cable wouldn't do.

Bud, ok, i'ts working fine and looks good, ...just that i'ts an order item, and then to get the correct thing..and all, for ME it's just easier to spot something in a junkyard...looks stock as a stove, and it's here in hand so to speak,....
and it's CHEAP.....not downing the LOKAR cable, just that there are other alternatives for us street driver types....
