The 82 DOES have the TRW made L82 forged 464664 flat top (single valve relief) pistons.

Quite a few guys here are making 400HP w/2 bolt motors and holding them together as long as they stay under 6K RPM.........To me that seems like enough for the street. I'm makin about 350HP and over 400 ft/lbs and dont have a problem........ :seeya
