Vert with roll bar
Anyone done this? I have revived my efforts to install a roll bar in my '69 so that I am legal for the majority of road course events, but I still want to be able to operate the top. I can't see how this would possibly work. I will have a second hatch that I'll cut for the rear braces, but I'd rather not have to remove the top.
The alternative is to use a hard top, which makes it legal (what a joke - a bit of fiberglass is gonna protect me in a wreck?), but that I don't have the $ for yet... Any thoughts?

Hans, One thing to keep in mind, if you get a roll bar that will fit under a hard or soft top your head/helmet might be above the bar and "tech inspectors" don`t like heads above roll bars. ...redvetracr

Re: Vert with roll bar (Wrencher)
So a hard top is good for road courses? I would have not guessed that. I knew that a vert would not be welcome at too many places but if a hard top is good for most I might have to start looking for one.
