Default Is a 4.25" backspacing going to be a problem?

The wheels I want to get are only availble in 17x8 with a 4.25 backspacing and a -06mm offset. Is this going to cause me any trouble either long term or short term? Long term I think is less important, as in 2 years the car has only gotten driven around 3000 miles... But I don't want to "ruin" the car's handling, and I don't know whether this will be harder to mount (e-brake cable issues?) than any other 17x8 given the backspacing. Let me know what you all think!

Eric

PS its these

4.25" is only .25" more than stock. I am running 255/60/15 with stock wheels and trailing arms and have at least an inch of clearance. 4.25" will work just fine.

Cool rims.

I would say they would fit fine too. 4 inch is stock and I know that by relocating the emergency bracket that 4.5 works too.
