are you talking about the Shift Improver Kit, or the Overhaul Kit? I just put the Shift Kit in my TH400. I didn't have a video either, but it's real straightforward. The instructions are a little weak, but it wasn't a hard job at all.

Its called the "Reprogramming Kit" (read: shift kit)
