Default Disabled C4

I stopped to help a fellow vetter yesterday. His C4's battery died. He'd made it into a parking lot and had the hood up, so I thought I'd stop to see if I could help. He had already called his wife to come get him though. It's too bad because yesterday was the only good day of the weekend for cruising here in Ohio.
