Anyone got pics of the firewall grommets for a 78 and know which is what
My firewall is bare and I went to install the speedometer grommet but do not know which way it goes. I have cruise control on my automatic vette to boot so does the cable go in the hole next to the fender by the power booster, the right side of the booster? The grommet is kinda funny looking too, has three prongs and some metallic feel to it. The hole in the middle has some cut slots on it so it will expand, but how does it install and do you have to use some kind of sealant to hold it in place?
To make it easy, anyone have pics of each hole and what goes in it. Thanks for any help.
