Default Toronto Guys: Canadian 50th Anniversary gathering in Niagara-on-the-Lake this Sunday, July 6th

Following up on the previous thread re this event, who's going? Here're the info sites:

http://www.quadceast.homestead.com/50tinfoletter.html

Looks like there are several staging areas for cruises that converge at the Centre Mall in Hamilton, departing Hamilton for Niagara-on-the-Lake at 10:30 am.

Any ideas for where we should meet prior to arrival at the Hamilton departure point?

Mark, had lunch last year with you up in Oakville at the NCRS meet and rode in your '74. I saw a week or two ago there was an opening for a '68!!! Would have been neat if I could have done it, just can't get enough time off of work!!! Car looks great-maybe I'll get up to Oakville again someday!!!

Paul, yup, I remember it well. Saw some beautiful cars you were judging at the NCRS event. Look forward to seeing you up this way again sometime soon.

I'm registered and I'm representing the '76 model year in the anniversary 'parade'. Should be a lot of fun. Mark are you going to join a caravan or are you going solo to this event? I'll be joining caravan #2, that meets at the Hallmark on Consumers road, right at the 401 and Vic. Park.

Dwayne, that's just what I was wondering ... i.e., whether enough of us are going that we should gather in one place prior to showing up at the official caravan spots.

I haven't decided which caravan spot to join. I guess it depends how many of us there are and where we're all coming from.

Who else?

Hey Dwayne, it's really none of my business, but did you get a "deal" on your registration "cuz your car is in the parade"? Mike and I paid $30.00 to participate, just wondering what you paid.

No .. I'm so far west it makes more sense for me to head directly to meeting area 4, Center Mall. I beleive that is where all the groups come together to get our "goody bags", meal tickets and organize to caravan down. I'll be lookin for ya! Mr. 76

Yup, Centre Mall in Hamilton at about 10 am. Waiting to find out if we're going to meet up anywhere before that in order to arrive there together.
