Gaskets, bolts, etc.
Thinking about buying Dynomax ceramic headers very soon!! :D What do y'all recommend for gaskets? What about bolts or studs? Also, what do you recommend for valve cover gaskets??
Thanks in advance!!!

Just my opinion, but I'm using Percy's header & collector gaskets, Stage 8 locking header bolts and Moroso's steel core valve cover gaskets. :chevy

Re: Gaskets, bolts, etc. (DP77Vette)
I really like the Percys dead soft aluminum collector gaskets. I used them from the beginning and im still on the same set and ive takern them on and off a half dozen time at least. They seal and hold good after two tears.
For the header flange to head gaskets im having great luck with Fel-Pro performance gaskets. The ones that have a steel core that is sandwitched between gasket material. Those too have been on from the beginning and have not yet burnt out. Even after loosing a header bolt or two. I just put a new bolt in and they sealed up. If I would have been using the paper type that came with the headers im sure I would have replaced them at least 3 times by now. They're junk. Toss em. Or hang em on the wall for an emergency spare.
