Need the name of an exhaust manifold paint product.
On a post (that I can't find) not to long ago, one of the forum members told me about a high temperature paint for exhaust manifolds. It came in a pint or quart can, brush painted, and ran about $18 for the can. Folks that had used it said their manifolds looked as good two years later as it did the day they painted it. Does anybody know of the product? Thanks!

I think the post you are thinking of was talking about Eastwood factory gray high temp coating. About $20.00 for a pint. It looked so good that I ordered their catalog. They have quite an impressive line of products. Speciality tools etc. http://www.eastwoodcompany.com

The generic term is manifold dressing (heat cured) and I'm sure there are many companies, including Eastwoods that make the product. The Eastwoods paint is good for other cast iron components, like master cylinders.
Hope this helps.......
