Default Electrical Question

Does anyone know if there is a book or some kind of electrical drawings that I can buy for my 81? I am having trouble with my fuel metering solenoid and I'm trying to trace out the wires. I have the AIM and the GM repair manual, but they don't show enough information. I need something more in detail.
Thanks for any help.

I got a great big blown up, laminated schematic from Lectric Limited. It will look something like this:

Their address is http://www.lectriclimited.com/

GM printed an electrical troubleshooting manual. They show up on Ebay.

This one is for the 77, but you get the idea.
