Default Caliper question

Is it easy to tell if your calipers are sleeved or not. Brakes work pretty good but I do have a slight leak in one of the fronts.
Putting O rings on non sleeved calipers would be a waste of time? I'm pretty sure mine are original to the car 69.

i know that vette brakes stamps all their remans with the VB logo but i don't know about other remanufacturers. if yours has the VB logo, then they are resleeved.

I could be wrong, but I don't believe the 68 had stainless steel liners like the later years. You might want to shop around and get a quality set of rebuilds. You can get a rebuild kit cheap and give it a try however. You won't be out much money, just a little time. You can easily see the liners if so equipped once you take them apart. :D

Unless someone changed to ss calipers than it did not come with them. The easy way to tell is take it apart which you will have to do to stop the leak unless you plan to replace the caliper.
