Default It 's off ,but I know I can get your help here.

I am looking to buy a TAHOE for the family and I found some of them have a 454BB , I don't mind about the gas because it won't be a every day car , but it will be fun with the BB. I don't know much about TAHOE SUV so my question is what year is the last BB and please give me your opinion on what year is good and why. Your opinions is very much appreciated. I bought my first vette before I knew this forum you know what I mean. :smash:

My uncle had a 97 or 98 suburban with the 454. It had more torque than a 350 but it wasn't worth the extra fuel it burned. Somewhere around 98 or 99 I think is when the stopped with the BB's.
