I've read several articles about the stuff in Hot Rod, Street Rodder etc. but haven't tried the stuff yet. One of the rodders at a recent car show had used the stuff, but not enough time has passed for him to give a good opinion. He said it felt slicker like it had sealed the aluminum.

I have a new aluminum oil pan that I would like to seal and keep polished looking, are there anyother products out there that will do the same thing, zoop seems very expensive for use on 1 oil pan (over $100 US for the kit).

Well I read the articles linked from their website & they look pretty darn good.

Now after polishing my rear wheels up (again) yesterday, I think I will probably be ordering this stuff & giving it a try. I want to do something with my aluminum heads & intake before I mount them too ;) .

The stuff is certainly not cheap, but if it can give me more time to do other things then it may be worth it :) .

I don't think there is anything like it. It's really intended for the street rod crowd with all the polished components - too much stuff to have to hand polish all the time. If it works like the reviews I've read, it'll be easier to keep clean and polished than chrome.
