Re: 2,000 miles! (SanDiegoPaul)
Funny...a lot of people try to NOT put too much mileage on their cars...we seem to take pride in adding up mileage! Proof that we are nuts!

Re: 2,000 miles! (Desertdawg)
Wooo Hoooo!!
What are you planning to do to it now?????
Hmmm well for starters, it is in the air at this very minute getting a B&M 2500 stall convertor. Last week it got a shift kit by TransGo. I just ordered an MSD shift light for it yesterday from Summitt.
This summer I'll probably put MSD ignition box in there too. I'm trying to scope the landscape out right now to decide where to put it. I'm also looking for a decision on rubber. I put 225/70 Firestone Indy's on it when I bought the car. Love the white letters against the dark colored car. But a 70 series tire without a speed rating sure doesn't handle mountain roads on a heavy car the way a Vette should handle. Haven't sorted out replacements yet and I sure haven't found a buyer for the Stones yet either!
