Wat to go Blackrat. Wasn't as hard as ya first thought huh? You have almost everything removed from the interior anyway...made it even easier! Keep up the good work.

Looks like you used horse hair padding. This is what is in my car now. Someone hacked it up pretty bad though. Did you get this at a carpet store and how much does it cost. My first job out of HS was as a helper laying floor covering. We used this stuff every now and then. Pretty expensive but very durable.

Thanks guys for all of the compliments. They really help to motivate.
groovyjay, I want make it this summer. Hopefully I will get the interior and brakes done by the end of the summer and then work on the motor over the winter. But it all depends on that one important thing, MONEY!!!! :yesnod:
Silvr77 You were all right it wasn't that bad at all. I will still have to do some minor trimming when I get the new interior pieces put in but that shouldn,t be that bad. Stay tuned though I am sure I can find something else to panic about.
Eddie 70. I forgot what the name of the insulation was but I got it at a restoration shop here in Charlotte. I think I have $40 in 2 rolls and had some left over. I remember that there is a Chevelle on the packaging.
NHvette It's been a long proccess but I think I see light at the end of the tunnel just hope it's not a TRAIN!!! Keep up the good work on yours.
Thanks again for all the comments.
And finally GOD BLESS our troops :flag

Yeah, that reflectix is some good stuff. Thin, r value of 7.2. Did you put it under all of that carpet? If not, you should have.
