Default Alloy Callipers

The theory is that reducing unsprung weight has a big effect on handleing. Has anyone gone from stk steel callipers to alloy a la SSBC? The alloy are 5-7 lbs less per wheel. That should make a NOTICIBLE DIFFERENCE! Anyone care to comment on their experience? I want to wait for VB&P to make a C5 kit for C3s. If the SSBC is that good, I might not wait. What is your experience?

Default Re: Alloy Callipers (Taijutsu)

There was a post on this a few weeks back. Do a search. Alu. SSBC callipers are on my wish list since they bolt right in and look stock but so are a lot of other things that cost $1000 a pop and I have only so few $1000 bills to go around right now.
