Defnitely no expert, but I am experienced in where C-3 frame deteriorate. I'll be forwarding off an email to you in a minute.

Thanks to Gary and Mike for their help.

I'll let everyone know how it goes. My wife and I going to restore a 1970 L-46 Convertible, and our current frame needs to be replaced. So here we go now that we have a replacement frame.
