Was under the 72 today finishing up the header install, routed the wires the stock route (I'm a glutton for punishment but that's another story) Anyway, I noticed my front calipers were leaking a little. I just put a complete kit in last Feb. of 2002. Calipers, rotors, lines etc. purchased from Zips. I've got every receipt for stuff I've spent on the 72, except that one. Called Zip's, Bobby answered and telling him my problem, he looked up my invoice #, date and Account number created a return authorization and said as soon as you get them off, send the calipers back and we'll send you new ones, asap. If that had been CC I would have been sol without the invoice. I've tried with them before and they said without invoice, ts. Bobby at Zip's thanks for the great service!! :cheers: :D

good to know...to me, most of those companies are the same, and i would tend to buy from the people with the best service record.

Good to see you giving credit where it is due. You always hear people rant about a place when they mess up but you rarely hear someone give kudos to a shop that did something good.

I'll keep Bobby and Zip in mind for my next purchase. :thumbs:

No matter what Dr. Rebuild says, I like ZIP. As a rule I always keep all invoices and recipts for my Corvette Purchaces........and my folder is about 3 inches thick now...... :eek: :eek: .......I am scared to take them out and add them up...... :eek: :eek: .......my wife might kill me if she knew the total.
