Default Corvette .35 sec behind Ferrari in GTS qualifying.

Looks like a competitive race shaping up for Sat at Sebring!

That Ferrari is impressive. Corvette needs to bring their "A Game" to the race if they want to be in the winner's circle. :yesnod:

don't know if they're sandbagging or not. that translates to about the same interval as last year. maybe a little better. one thing is for sure, though. you can bet that ferrari will be more reliable than last year :fingerscrossed:

This morning's update reduced the margin to .35 from .5. This should be fun to watch!

The Corvettes have the advantage of a truly tried and tested package. It's what kept the Vipers in front in their heyday, and I believe that the Ferrari will prove fragile in the heat of battle. Sebring is a tough course, and hasn't been kind to the prancing horse. Sure is a screamer though. I expect they'll do real well in the sprints like Laguna Seca.

I hope Ferrari wins or one of the other than yellow racing vettes. The way the rules are written with air restrictors the little sub 340 ci Ferrari makes as much power as the team C5R's 427 ci.

When I was watching them race the Ferrari had to be doing a couple thousand more rpm than the rumbing Vettes. I'd also like to see Vipers in the hunt.

What i should be asking is who from the west coast would like to meet up for the American Lemans Series event this year at Sears Point in July? It's always been a fun time in the past!:)

They always have a Corvette only coral parking at turn #3
