I need to bypass the blower motor relay, will my ......
Will my switch still work to turn it on and off? What wires should I jumper at the relay?? Also where can I get a auto trans speedo gear? I am going to try some rebuild shops for that.
Thanks

Go to the resistor block on the box in the engine compartment that holds the fan. It is right in front of the passenger on the firewall. The brown wire controls the low fan speed operation. Instead of cutting the wire, unplug the connector, and using a flat screwdriver, you should be able to work the brown wire (and it's metal attachment spade) out of the connector.

If it's a relay I dont think the switch will work,The purpose of a relay is to remove starting load on switches,In other words the switch usually controls a coil in the relay that opens and closes a heavy duty set of points,The coil draws very little current

Well guy's it did not work. I will show the new owner how to plug it in the connector that plugs into the "relay","resistor" It will have to do. Now way to get one in a couple day's.

I reread your post. Were you just trying to get the low speed to go off when the heater/vent is turned off or were you trying to disable the whole thing?
The instructions should have disabled the low speed when off setting. After reading your post again, it appears you might be trying to disable it completely and I don't have an answer for that, except perhaps to take the connector completely off the resistor.
Sorry for the confusion.

I was trying to bypass it. so the blower would blow using the fan on switch in the car. I trace 12vdc going intop the relay but nothing at all coming out.

Sorry Bob but I misread your thread. I know nothing about the relay and the situation you are describing.
