as i've seen in this and in the german forum,you are installing the same radiator in your 68 as me.as far as i can see,the hoses should not be a problem,but what did you do for the support.did you grind off the top of the radiator or did you did you relocate the brackets, or what?
if you have any pics that would be great.

Hi
Are you sure about the hoses being OK as is ?
The lower water neck partially dives behind ( under ) the lower air dam sheet.
The upper neck is very close to the big block alternator.
I get both necks rewelded in an angle as original.
I manufactured new brackets, bottom and top.
I don't know if you can just grind the top alu angle sheet away, doesn't it serve as a stiffener ?
I got a pic of the lower brackets I made.
Let me know how you manage to use the straight water necks of this rad.

i am going to use alu or copper elbows and use 2 separate pieces of hose.
i like the brackets you made.not sure yet how am i going to do that.
