Trying to decide what color to paint my car
Could any of you with with pictures of chrome bumper C3's please email me or post some picks. My car is currently red (faded red) I have a tan convert top on it now but that was only $100 bucks so not such a big deal to change it again. I am most interested in lemans blue, black and green.

go to american racing website .You can put in your car change the color and put on some new wheels while you are there .Colors are generic but a good cheap and fun reference. :steering:

Yellow metallic would be really nice....another color I have allways liked for years now is '70 Caddy Fire Mist Green......really bright heavy metallic emerald GREEN.....seen from backside of the moon i'ts so bright....
gotta use a light primer though....NOT black...

The interior is Saddle so matches with anything. The car originally was green with green interior. Nothing about the car is original now.

I'd perfer blue, but Gene's green idea sounds good. Black is a pain to keep clean and looking good. If you don't mind washing your car everyday and waxing every weekend, get that, otherwise green or blue. Some shades of green look terrible. Light blues don't look very good either. Metallic paints are nice.

Black with a saddle vert top & interior is a killer color. Or even a dk.blue. I say stay with the saddle colors on both the top & interior.

Saddle interior always looks nice with a dark blue car. Check out Cam Grant's 72 (in the pic), or look at newer Navy Metallic C5's with the tan interior.......sharp color combo! :cheers:

I would take it back to the original color, but if this does not interest you, black is always nice. The newer C5's have some great colors too. :cheers:
