Where to buy retaining nuts for emblems and side marker lights 78 vette
Just bought a rear corvette emblem for my 78. Came with the backing or mounting plate but no nuts to retain it. Where can I buy some? Would the dealership still carry these items? I need some for the marker lights too.
The rear corvette emblem has tabs on it turned at a 45 egree angle 3 each one on each stud. I have a true flex bumper on my vette.Looks like I am going to have and try to drill and drimmel these slots in the rear bumper cover. Any suggestions on how to do this correctly.

Found different sizes at a Lowes store in one of the drawers in the fastener section. Thought they are called speed nuts.
