This is the first time I have posted an OT topic here, but it is an important one: http://www.defendamerica.mil/nmam.html

You guys could never imagine how much those guys out there in the desert appreciate that. I've already done my 11 years sea duty and am on shore duty but I still feel the love. Here's some shots from yesterday's retirement ceremony of my freind who retired after 22 years. Unfortunetly the best shots I gave to Melvin so i can't show them to you
Their all AO's (Aviation Ordananceman) the guys that load bombs/ missles on aircraft, I'm a career counselor ex. engineer

I was just watching a program on TV last night about the after effects on soldiers coming home suffering from Post Combat/Traumatic Stress Syndrome, I hope that the facilties are put in place to help these heroes. The program dealt with Cnd. soldiers returning home who were in a bad way because they were trained to fight, given the tools/armament, getting shot at but were told that they could not fire back do to the restraints that politicians placed on the to be in a peace keeping role.
I hope that the American public fully recognizes and is prepared to pay for the medical help that these men and women may need.
