Pic/diagram of rear sway bar
Anyone have a picture or diagram of how a rear sway bar mounts? Just seeing whether or not it will work with my idea for rear coilovers.

That's how the stock swaybar mounts. I believe the VBP swaybars mount in a different fashion, however.

Re: Pic/diagram of rear sway bar
Thanks, but I think I need a better one. Our idea is to have the coilover behind the trailing arm then bolt up to a bracket the frame area. We may have to make a custom sway bar or something too.

That's the only diagram I have... but it's also how my sway bar is mounted. Would pics be helpful? Tell me what to look for and I'll try my best.

Yeah, see, what I'm really looking for is what it looks like mounted on the car so I can see it it would interfere with a coilover shock right behind the trailing arm. We are going to try to mount it to the inside of the trailing arm behind the half shafts though to avoid the sway bar clearance issues.

I'll try to get a picture of it tomorrow. Basically, the place it rests is right above the spring bolts. It then goes to the back of the car and behind. Actually, I'm not quite sure how it tucks up in there! Never took a good look at it.
