Several weeks ago, I sent my headers to Jet Hot for coating. I got them back on Friday 2/28 (they look great) and after discussing them on the Forum with some other satisfied Jet Hot customers, I found out that there was a discount to Forum members. I was unaware of this on the front end and did not ask for it. I contacted my Jet Hot sales rep (Chris@Jet-Hot.com) and asked him was there anything that could be done given that I had only received my headers back 2 days before. He honored the discount!

He certainly could have told me to pound sand since the transaction was basically over. I guess this just goes to show that Jet Hot is a quality company that is in this game for the long haul.

I highly recommend their product and their style of doing business.
