Default Door spring (roller) help

Last year I tried to fix the door springs with new "S" springs. The passengers side is fine. The drivers side rollers are a little tight so the spring jumps out after a couple of cycles. I tried to fin a new hinge with the roller but have had no luck. I have tried EVERYTHING I can think of to free up the rollers. They do move but just not free enough. Any ideas ?? :banghead:

To keep spring from jumping out I installed little round plug to fill upper loop hole of spring. Havent had anymore problems since.
