Before and after pictures of my '68.
This is the way the '68 made it home in 1979. My parents just built our home two months prior. My dad said he slept on the couch for a week.
Mom was PISSED! :D
These were taken in 1987, dad getting ready for a show.
Taken 2 months ago, BB install begins.

Nice before & after pix. It's always amazing to see what some of these creations started out as.
Looks great on a car trailer too!

Corey, it looks like someone cut out the emblem and left the nose intact. What's the story behind that?

Man what a nice vette! Looks like a lot of late nights were spent on that thing. Sounds like your dad is pretty cool.

Thanks for the comments guys, but he did al the work. Hey, I was on'y 3yrs old when he got the car. I have just about the the entire engine bay basted and I glassed in the the holes where the blower motor was. I did in a way that I can EAILY revert back to original if I choose to do that.

Corey,
Your dad sounds like my kinda guy! I just read your other post w/ the pics of the 62 he had- wasn't sure what to say about that since your family members were involved. This story is alot happier. The other one reminds me of the 60 Vette I had that got totalled when a guy ran a stop sign & nailed me. Oddly enough, I have pics of that car from about 1970 also- before the accident.
