VIRGINA OWNERS WATCH OUT FOR THE SMOG *****/OLDER VEHICLE HATERS
Recently in the VA legislature a bill was proposed to have 68 and older vehicles to have emissions testing done if on road sensors "sniff" your vehicle you will be notified in the mail. Fortunately SEMA convinced the legislature to withdraw the proposal. Another propsal that has been kicked around is about changing the inoperable vehicle ordinances which would place a limit on the number of inoperable vehicles, project cars (or whatever you choose to call them) stored outdoors that can be observed from a public highway to be condsidered a business. SEMA also convinced them otherwise. Thank god for organizations like SEMA.

Beware, state governments across the US in need of funds badly!!! Tax base jobs quickly moving to NAFTA countries. Help support your local government-smog test all cars back to the model T :lolg: :lolg: :lolg:
