LA NCRS show - check in here
So, whose all gonna be there? What time does it start? Can someone give me directions from I-10?

Hey Ice, glad you started this one. My wife, little boy, and I are heading there in the morning. I think they start letting folks in at 8:00 or so.
From I-10 take the Gonzalas exit, look for THE BIG MALL. There is a road running on the left of the mall, take that road and look for Lamar Dixon Center signs. You will take a left and you will see the rest. Drive safely, there are lots of crazies out this weekend, with the B00B festival and all. :eek: :lol:

I attended today from around 12:00 till about 2:30. Not as many people as I expected. I saw one forum member and a couple of club members. 50 year display was neat. There was an auction and it looks like a green 71 LS6 :eek: was auctioned off for $25k. Wonder if it is genuine cause it sure was in great condition. Sold a part from my 80 for a great price. I was happy. Worth the trip. Now the traffic sucked a bit.
Sorry I didn't see more of you guys. I here HOOTERS is giving 20% on every 20th. We need to take advantage of that.

I would like to hear more about that one!!!
I don't know what (if any) documentation or history the owner had in his possession.
I heard the car sold for $26,000 ($23,000 for the car plus a $3,000 auction fee)... If there was documentation/history for the car, it was a steal... Literally. LS-6 coupes have been selling for $45,000 - $50,000 as of late and that price, for a very presentable car, was really fantastic.
I wouldn't be surprised to see it advertised in Hemmings next month for $50,000+.
