Centerforce DF clutch, what size?
Hey all, I am about to order a centerforce DF from Summit. I have a 72 vette, 383 stroker engine with a 400 flywheel 4 speed M21 transmission. Which one do I need?
GM: 11 in. diameter, 1 1/8 in. x 26 spline input shaft, Dual Friction clutch set
or
GM: 12 in. diameter, 1 1/8 in. x 10 spline input shaft, Dual Friction clutch set
Thanks!

:steering: 11", but you need to look at the trans and make sure it is the 26 spline imput and not the earlier 10 spline.
Hope this helps.

Re: Centerforce DF clutch, what size? (mpro72vette)
On my bigblock I want to run the 11 inch clutch so i had to find a 14 inch flywheel. It requires a larger bellhousing then most so I go it off a truck. Is there a 12 inch clutch? My pressure plate for the 11 inch clutch fills out the flywheel completely. How would a 12 inch clutch fit? It is impossible to go to a bigger flywheel. :)
